School this year has been stressful for me. After this morning, I feel like I have a path to follow that I am excited about. Thank you!”

Agenda
9:00 - 11:45am: Purpose Clarification - In this session, participants share their perspectives and views on their role in the world, discuss the theory and science of youth purpose formation, and participate in interactive exercises to understand their natural gifts and clarify their “golden thread” through storytelling.
11:45 - 12:30pm: Share Out - In this session, we will investigate the work of teachers working to implement purpose into learning at the Global Gathering Conference. We will have the chance to hear from teachers and, if so moved, share our own perspectives as well.
12:30 – 1:15pm: Lunch and Reflection
1:15 – 2pm: Action Mapping - In this closing session, we will create action maps as we move forward from the workshop.

Riley's Way aims to create a youth-led movement that brings kindness to the forefront of what is important to youth and their communities. We do this by connecting, convening, and supporting youth to provide the inspiration, knowledge, and tools that help them lead with kindness and ultimately build authentic connections, by approaching everyone like a potential friend, in and across their communities.
FRED is a community for developers of leaders – from corporations, business schools, consultancies and non-profit organizations – who are principled, honest and compassionate, and who commit to the recognition and development of ethical leadership in themselves, their organizations and beyond.
